Thoughts on Strengthening the Postgraduate Tutor's Team Construction in the Armed Police Force Academy

Abstract

The tutor team is the main body of postgraduate education. It plays an extremely important role in the training of postgraduates,on which postgraduate's educational qualities directly relies if the whole tutor team are of excellent characteristics. This paper firstly analyzes the reality of the postgraduate tutor team in the Armed Police Force Academy,and then the paper puts forward some auctorial thoughts about how to further strengthen the tutor's team construction regarding problems existing in the postgraduate tutor team at present.
