Abstract

A Displacement-Based Seismic Design procedure is presented, the background and the procedure of DBSD are introduced and also compared with the current spectral acceleration-based design approach, finally had pointed out the issues of DBSD which still need to be solved,in order to solve the structural designing problems under effect of earthguake.
