Problems and Countermeasures in Property Rights Adjustment of Rural Land Consolidation

Rural land consolidation was one of to important ways to ensure the kinetic equilibrium of arable land,to improve the ecological environment of agriculture and increase outputs of land. It was also a key measure to advance the development of agriculture and rural. The principles, methods and progress on property rights adjustment of rural land consolidation were summarized, some questions about public participation, technology, laws and regulations were to be solved in the application of adjustment.Meanwhile, countermeasures were brought forward in this paper.
