Abstract

In digital times,the works are ready for transmission and also are likely to be infringed.It has been a new question at present on how to balance the interests between the author and the user of the certain works.As a new type of copyright license,Creative Commons Public Licenses brings a new way to the development of digital copyright.It first states the background of Creative Commons Public Licenses,and then it analyzes the basis of the licenses under copyright.The paper also discusses the sameness and difference between the license and copyright.Finally,it expects the future time of knowledge share.
