Abstract
Objective To discuss the treatment experiences of complex anal fistula operation. Methods The clinical materials of 19 cases of such patient were analyzed retrospectively from 1996 to now. Results There were 17 cases healed and 2 cases failed. The curative rate at first time was 89.5% with hospitalized 7~42 days (18 d in average). Conclusion The detail detections before operation should be taken and combined with certain situation the operative methods should be selected with inner outlet and fistula incision.
