On the Framework of International Law of China-Vietnam Investment and Its Improvement

Abstract

China-Vietnam investment needs to be protected by the relevant international law.According to the essay,the mechanism of multilateral investment treaty has limited use for protecting China-Vietnam investment.So it is should attach importance to bilateral investment law,and make use of bilateral or Regional Investment Law to improve the international investment law.
