Abstract

A campus VOD system is a modernized education method, which can be convenient for teacher and student self-study. Using streaming media technology is able to solve the problem of video order, which is one of typical applications of streaming media technology. The paper simply introduces the streaming media technology and the working principle of campus VOD system, and detailed explains the technological process and the design plan of a campus VOD system based on streaming media technology.
