Abstract
Objective To study the extracting technical condition of Cuochuangping granules.Methods With geniposide and whole solids as index,orthogonal test method was used to study the effect of three extracting factors(the amount of water,the extracting time and times),and determined the extracting rate of Cuochuangping granules by HPLC.Results The optimal extracting conditions of Cuochuangping granules were: added ten fold of water,extracting three times for 60min each time.Conclusion The process is reasonable and favorable for industrial production.
