Clinical observation of Trazodone in the treatment of patients with insomnia,depression and anxiety

Abstract

Objective:Through observation of patients in or out hospital,evaluate the clinical value of Trazodone in the treatment of insomnia,depression and anxiety.Methods:60 patients with insomnia,depression and anxiety were divided into A,B,C group,20 cases in each group,Amitriptyline,Trazodone 50mg and Trazodone 100mg were used respectively for treatment.Used HAMA,HAMD and Pittsburgh sleep quality index to detect,used sleep diary to record quality of sleep,compared three groups of treatment effect.Results:Total sleeping time,sleeping latent period,arousal times and time of halting Estazolam of the group B and C were all better than the group A.Conclusion:There have significant effects for Trazodone in the treatment of patients with insomnia,depression and anxiety.
