On Tang Junyi's Idea of Religion

Abstract

Tang Junyi is a famous philosopher in China modern history as well as one of the important representatives of Modern New Confucianism.He affirms religious faith's position in human's life and understands religion in the way of human life being in a highly harmony with nature,which clears up restrictions against human being from God and supernatural world,stresses the great sense of religion for the human being and showes his ultimate humanity spirit.
