Abstract
The four elements quadratic regression orthogonal rotational combination design was adopted in the experiment to analyze the density and fertilizer measures namely density, nitrogenous fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer, and potash fertilizer for monoculture maize in Sichuan. The results were as follows:the largest one among the four factors influencing corn yield was density, the interaction effect between density and potash fertilizer was remarkable, and the optimized cultivation measures for yield being equal to or more than 6500 kg per hectare were:density was between 55222.5 and 56925.0 plants per hectare, urea was between 539.1 and 608.6 kg per hectare, calcium superphosphate was between 651.4 and 779.6 kg per hectare, potash fertilizer was between 273.7 and 305.4 kg per hectare.
