Abstract
Objective To observe the effect of Lvjiao Buxue Keli on the uterine contraction frequency,contraction amplitude and motoricity in vivo in rabbits.Methods The uterine contraction frequency,contraction amplitude and motoricity of the uterus in vivo in rabbits were observed with polygraph.Results At 0.55 g·kg-1,the new Lvjiao Buxue Keli apparently decreased the uterine contraction frequency in vivo in rabbits(P0.05),while at 1.11 g·kg-1,it apparently decreased the uterine contraction amplitude(P0.05).Both doses decreased the uterine motoricity.Conclusion The new Lvjiao Buxue Keli can apparently decrease the uterine contraction frequency,contraction amplitude and motoricity of the uterus in vivo in rabbits.
