Abstract

Spectrophotometry of trichloroacetic acid were discussed in this paper, and the influence of dichloroacetic acid and chloroacetic acidsolution in sulution of experimental results was emphatically analyzesed. It showed that with the absorbance detection at 530 nm and the linear detection range for 0mg/L- 10mg/L,the slope of the line is 0.1106,the correlation coefficient is 0.9999,the maximum recovery rate is 99.98%,and the minimum relative standard deviation is 1.78% when there was only trichloroacetic acid in water. When there was the dichloroacetic acid with equal concertration of the trichloroacetic acid in the solution, the slope of the line is 0.1087 at 530 nm spectrophotometrically detection, and the greatest impact was 8.73%.When there was the chloroacetic acid with equal concertration of the trichloroacetic acid in the solution, the slope of the line is0.1118 at 530 nm spectrophotometrically detection, and the greatest impact was 3.49%.
