Abstract

Database management system is used to store and manage data in the information system. With the development of Internet, information security has come into focus. The safety of database, which is as important as the safe of network and operation system, has become pivotal in the operation of information system. ORACLE is one of the most powerful relational database management system,It is widely used in different kind of information system. Safe policy and methods of ORACLE database are discussed on two aspects: safety of database system and safety of data stored in the database. Using these methods can guarantee the data security of information system.
