On regulation of the natural monopoly industry

Abstract
Natural monopoly industry becomes an important domain of regulation because of its natural monopoly property, but regulation inefficiency occurs at times with the existence of regulation. Regulation or deregulation in natural monopoly industry finally depends on cost benefit analysis of regulation. This paper elaborates the regulation of natural monopoly industry from six aspects in hope of giving some enlightenment to recent reformation of natural monopoly industry in China.
