Abstract
Catalytic properties of several single-component or double-component metal oxides for decomposition of ozone were studied. The catalytic activity of single-component metal oxides for the decomposition of ozone declines in the following order:CoMn≈NiCrFeZnMgCuAgSnPbUCdAlSi≈Bi≈Ce≈Ca≈LaNa.Catalytic activity of the double-component metal oxides tested in this paper was mainly dependent on the more active metal oxide and related to proportion between the two components.Catalytic activity of the catalyst was also related to the calcination temperature and calcination time. When nitrate was used as the precursor, the appropriate calcination condition was as follows: 500 ℃ for 4 h.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
