On Employment Guidance for Graduates in Colleges and Universities

Abstract
The employment of college graduates is becoming increasingly difficult,which has become focus of attention by the government,society,families and schools.The article tends to analyze the current situation and existing problems of employment guidance service of college students.It also explores the muti-channel ways on how to strengthen employment guidance services for college graduates from the aspect of law regulation,concept updating,consciousness raising,faculty-construction strengthening and curriculum construction promotion.
