Abstract
The construction project cost control and management of the whole process,is a dynamic process,analysising of the construction process of the investment decision-making,design,bidding,construction and completion phases of the accounts of the project cost effective control and management methods and measures,is to control the cost of construction projects approved by the limits and to ensure that investment control goals are attained.
