Supplier seletion vendor select based on fuzzy logic

In order to solve the problem of low efficiency existing in the traditional supplier selection method,the procedure of supplier selection is divided into two steps: sieving and choosing the best steps.Firstly with the method of fuzzy clustering potential suppliers are selected,reducing the quantity of suppliers candidates to a fit range;Then a comprehensive evaluation of selected suppliers is made using the method of fuzzy decision,and the suitable suppliers is chosen,and lastly the two steps model of suppliers selection is built,which is beneficial to the improvement of the management decision quality and management efficiency.
