Abstract
Benevolence(ren) and justice(yi) constitute the central idea and the highest category of Confucius' management thought .This articles analyzes Confucius' benevolence and justice. Confucius' benevolence ideas show concern and respect for human beings and his justice ideas request people to seek righteousness of act when they do anything. It also discusses the reasonable contents and the dross that should be discarded in Confucius' moral management thought. When we develop socialist administrative management thought, we should analyze traditional administrative management thought, discarding the dross and selecting the reasonable essential.
