Abstract

At present,many universities set up personnel agent mechanism gradually,mainly with personnel relations and personnel file management.The article analyzes the significance and problems of university personnel file management under personnel agency system,proposes the corresponding measures to strengthen university personnel archives work to serve the reform and development of universities.
