Abstract
The technology of enzyme TZ25 was optimized by single factor and orthogonal experiments, five factors affecting enzyme finish were discussed, the optimum technological conditions were 2(%,o.w.f) dosage of cellulose,5.5 pH value, the temperature of 55℃,the time of 50min and 10:1 liquor ratio. Results proved that through the treatment of enzyme TZ25,prickle sensation and softness of ramie fabrics were improved greatly, though the biggest breaking strength loss was 54.09 percent, breaking strength still accorded with the standard GB/T 21295-2007 Requirement of the garments’intrinsic quality,in which breaking strength should be no less than 150N.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
