Abstract

With the acceleration of urbanization,agricultural land and farmland have been used as construction land constantly and the number of land-lost farmers increases.Consequently,it is a significant issue deserved people's attention for the solution to the land-lost farmers' employment issues,the social stability and the construction of harmonious socialist society.This paper analyzes the situation and the main restraining factors of the land-lost farmers' employment in urbanization,and put forward the suggestions by combining the social reality.
