Abstract

This paper analyzes the reasons that big data is generated.It then describes big data in terms of effects,value,and issues.Now,big data is opening a new era of development and presents good opportunities.The science and social values of big data focus on two aspects.On the one hand,big data can discover explicit laws and also dig up implicit laws and potential value.On the other hand,big data can be changed into the fountain of economic value and shake all aspects of the world.
