Plastic Osteotomy of Mandible (Body, Angle and Mental Region)

Objective To discuss the first stage operation to plasticize 1/3 lower face perfectly with osteotomy of mandible. Methods The orthopedics of deformity of lower mandible was performed with osteotomy. Results 12 cases of such patients who underwent this operation were obtained satisfactory results. Conclusion The ostoetomy in all aspect and flexibility of mandible might avoid the secondary deformity happening and the arch osteotomy could be fit for the facial anatomy and physiology.
