The Innovative Research on the Geography Characteristic of City and Countryside Intersection and Its Management Mechanism

City and countryside intersection,which lies between the well-built area of the city center and marginal pure-agricultural hinterland,exists universally in city transforming process of China.Its special geography characteristic determines the economy and society symbol of this area.City and countryside intersection on one hand has functions on advancing our country urbanization and creating the new economical point of growth in the city;on the other hand,system-contradiction,interest-confliction,conception-collision and economy-sequence problems are very prominent.This article contrasts the management pattern of the city and countryside intersection internationally,uses former experience,and puts forward the new ideas of the management mechanism on the city and countryside intersection in China according to the region reality.
