The issue of the imputation principles of environmental tort of civil liability has been a theoretical question puzzling the law circle of China.It is still significant to discuss this issue at the moment when we set down the Civil Law.The discussion of the problem should proceed in the way of associating the present legal practice and theoretical study,analyzing the present problems of the imputation principles of environmental tort of civil liability,and using successful foreign legal system for reference.
