Abstract

Nano-sized In_2O_3 powder is a widely used multifunctional material.Metal indium was first dissolved in HCl;the solution was then neutralized by ammonia;In(OH)_3 precipitate was the final product of neutralization and precipitation.After drying and roasting at different temperatures nano-sized In_2O_3 powder was obtained.The powder was characterized by differential thermogravimetric analysis(DTA),X-ray diffraction(XRD),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and resistant testing.The most feasible temperature was 700(°C).
