Research of Spatial-temporal Difference of County Economic Development Level in Inner Mongolia

Based on the methods of major function oriented zoning,calculated the economic development level of 101 administrative units at different levels in Inner Mongolia using the GDP index and per capita GDP index,this paper analyzed the change of county economic development in the two periods of 2000 to 2004 and 2005 to 2009.The research showed that the spatial-temporal difference of county economic in Inner Mongolia was extremely significant.The gap of economic development level among different counties gradually expanded,showing the extreme unbalanced character of economic development level in Inner Mongolia which was closely related to factors such as geographical location,economic foundation,resource endowment,development strategy,human resource and so on.
