Abstract
Maths description of ANSYS for structure optimization design and the rules for building structure optimization design model are summarized to apply ANSYS to structure optimization design.An auotomobile frame structure parameter finite element model is built based on ANSYS beam elements under the bending condition.Detailed steps for auotomobile frame carling section dimension optimization are given and the volume of frame structure decreases 9%.
