Design and Implementation of Equipment Procurement Management System in Universities

By analyzing the procurement process in universities,and in view of the problems in procurement in universities,a procurement management system was developed based on the digitalizalion campus portal according to the procurement characteristics of Donghua University,which realized the application of information technology in the procurement business of universities and made the procurement in universities open,fair and impartial.In this paper the power distribution,project approval,information sharing and principles of the procurement management system were discussed.
