The study on the R&D efficiency of high-tech industry in Beijing based on DEA model

Abstract

The production frontier of RD efficiency,comprehensive technical efficiency,pure technical efficiency and scale efficiency of high-tech industries in Beijing were measured by the DEA model from 1996 to 2010,and the paper also analyzed the indicated changes in returns to scale and its diffuse and insufficiency.Finally the paper put forward some recommendations to the Beijing government about how to improve the R D efficiency of high-tech industry.
