Survey on Satisfaction Extent of Male Volleyball Athletes of Class A in China on the Administration Behaviors of their Coaches

Adopted the test of LSS,this study conducted a questionnaire investigation among the national and outstanding man volleyball athletes who were training at Haige Training Base in Kunming in 2002,in order to explore the current situation of administration behaviors of volleyball coaches.This study analyzed and explored the gap existing between the administration behaviors that athletes anticipated and the practical administration behaviors.Furthermore,this study explored the extent that the athletes with different feature satisfied with their coaches,in order to provide references for improving the scientific training level of Chinese volleyball coaches.
