Abstract
Although corruption offence is severely punished, there are some differences between continental law system and common law system in criminal law, even in the same law system, different countries have some differences in the regulations. The comparative research is beneficial to retrospect the criminal legislation of corruption offence, which makes the legislation of corruption offence more proper.
