The Application of CTA in the Diagnosis of Intracranial Aneurysm

Computed tomography angiography(CTA)has been applied in the preoperative diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm.Its examination technology and conventional reconstruction algorithm has been relatively mature.With the development of mutil-slice computed tomography equipment,the application of new reconstruction algorithm(such as digital subtraction computed tomography angiography and dynamic three-dimensional computed tomography angiography)bring in the progress of aneurysm detection and aneurysm character description.At the same time,each medical imaging technology has its advantage and deficiency in the diagnosis of intracranial aneurysm despite of their certain development.
