Abstract

Liang Qichao was the first politician in modern China who ran a newspaper. He is a pioneer in the field of the practice of running newspaper and the study of newspaper. The present paper studies Liang Qichao' s thoughts of running newspaper. The author holds that the newspaper personnel today can learn much from Liang and Liang' s thoughts have benefited today' s Chinese newspaper industry a lot.
