A Review on Restoration of the Littoral Wetlands

Based on the literature review of the littoral wetland restoration,for the dual purposes of water purification of the wetland and the rehabilitation of the wildlife habitat,an applicable scheme is formed for the littoral wetland restoration of the eutrophic lakes in China.A summary and discussion of the restoration technique is given,illustrating the five different stages,such as design,pre-treatment,planting and management of the plants,maintenance after restoration,as well as the ecological monitoring.
