Abstract
It is an inevitable trend for Chinese enterprises to implement internationalization and carry out multinational management. Based on the study of the history of development and characteristics of multinational companies, the present condition of Chinese enterprises' multinational operation is analyzed, and some models, countermeasures and implementation steps for multinational operation are presented.
