Abstract

Silver ornaments of Miao nationality in Guizhou are full of cultural value—they are the mark of the nationality,the condensation of history of Miao nationality and the incarnation of their religion.Their aesthetic value lies in the shape,composition and the organization which show their aesthetic conception.Their silver ornaments contain the value of function as they reveal the good will,and symbolize the wealth of the family and the state of marriage.
