Observation of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride on the treatment of chronic heart failure

Objective To observe the effect of Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride on the treatment of chronic heart failure( CHF). Methods 80 patients of CHF were randomly divided into two groups. 40 patients in control group received conventional treatment of anti- heart failure. 40 patients in treatment group were treated by Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride. The course was two months in two groups. The clinical effect,LVEF before and after treatment,E / A and 6- minute walking distance were compared. Results The total effective rate was 95. 00% in treatment group and 77. 50% in control group. There was significant difference between two groups on the total effective rate( P 0. 05). The total effective rate in treatment group was superior to that in control group( P 0. 05). LVEF after treatment,E / A and 6- minute walking distance after treatment were significantly improved in two groups( P 0. 05). The improvement in treatment group was superior to that in control group( P 0. 05,P 0. 01). Conclusion Qiliqiangxin capsule combined with trimetazidine hydrochloride has a definite effect on the treatment of chronic heart failure,and can obviously improve cardiac function and no adverse reaction.
