Abstract
The Diurnal changes of net photosynthetic rate of Leaf Blade and canonv annarent photosynthetic rate of G-2 were measured with Li-6400 and Assimilation box.The results studied on the datas indicated that the photosynthetic rate of G-2 took on a double-peak curve and noonbreak phenomenon.Stomatal conductance,intercellular CO2 concentration,transpiration rate and atmospheric CO2 concentration were significant correlation factors with photosynthetic rate,especially stomatal conductance.The net photosynthetic rate was big with increesing of stomatal conductance.It can provide theoretical basis for the cultivation and high photosynthetic rate breeding.
