Abstract
Objective:To measure the ability of clearance for all kinds of free radical in protease hydrolysate of waste. To provide experiment basis for the further development and utilization of the waste north. Methods:By comparing detected clearance capability of DPPH frees radicals, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion free radicals. Results:Clearance of percentage to hydroxyl radicals, superoxide anion free radicals,DPPH free radicals:0.023 mg/mL,1.07 mg/mL,0.215 mg/mL.Conclusion:The protease hydrolysate has a strong cleaning ability on DPPH free radicals, hydroxyl radicals and superoxide anion free radicals.
