Abstract
This paper describes the present research of Ultrasonic Cleaning,focusing on the analysis of the ultrasonic cleaning mechanism,the the theory of transducer and the various factors on the impact of ultrasonic cleaning;introduced the application of ultrasonic cleaning and the latest developments,pointing out that the traditional ultrasonic cleaning was used in a wide range of areas as a result of ultrasonic cleaning has some advantages in many application.By introduced the new development of ultrasonic cleaning application—high frequency ultrasonic cleaning,vacuum cleaning and so on,further pointed out that ultrasonic cleaning is moving in the compound,environmental protection,efficient and automated way.
