Abstract

The high-speed cutting is one of most important processing crafts in the advanced manufacture technique,and the cutting tool material is the key for realizing this craft.The synthesis narration of the high-speed cutting tool material type,performance,the development and the application situation has been carried on.The trend of development and current research charcateristis of high-speed cutting tool material are summarized.
