Abstract
In light of the experience of foreign carbon emissions trading market and China's specific conditions, this paper makes an analysis of China's total emissions volume, trading agents, and emissions policy, and suggests adopting a multi-agent simulation method to construct the country's carbon trading market. It also explores the definition of the agents in the emissions trading market, the restricting environmental factors and the improvement of related policies and provides a new research approach to constructing China's carbon emissions trading market.
