With the development of society, the traditional reproductive concepts become obviously helpless in solving the problems of individuals' increasingly needed reproductive rights. The key to these problems lies in redefining the essence of the rights, which is the precondition for protecting the rights. In view of the history of human birth system's and various impacts and challenges faced by the traditional marriage and family system, reproductive rights are personal rights that each person is entitled to request and claim to realize.
