Development of a New Type of Brake Lining Turning Machine

According to the domestic axle company’s request to the brake linings of the assembling of the front axle , we designed the brake lining turning machine based on PLC ourselves, On the base of thinking of the Processing assembly craft enough, introduced the theory and the structure. The kind of machine used planetary gear differential system, compared with the manual machine, the quantity and speed are badly increased, cross over from manual to automatic operation , and now was used on the line of front axle assembly of a famous domestic axle company, and obtained a good effect.
