The Current Situation and Progress of Application of the Combined Technology of Laparoscope and Endoscope in Gastrointestinal Surgery

Recent years,with the development and the maturity of the therapeutic techniques of laparoscope and endoscope,the traditional laparotomy is being replaced by minimally invasive surgery combined with laparoscopy and flexible endoscope.This combined operation technology has the advantages of less trauma of operation,shorter operation time,more accurate location,and sooner recovery.Therefore,this surgery technique has been widely applied in clinic now.Here is to make a review on the current application and the development of the combined technique of laparoscope and endoscope in gastrointestinal surgery.
