Abstract
The properties of strongcoupling polaron in parabolic quantum dot were investigated by linear combination operator and unitary transformation methods. The result show that both the polaron binding energy and the mean number of optical phonons in the cloud around e electron will decrease with increasing the effective confinement length, and will enlarge with increasing the electronphonon coupling strength.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
