Abstract
Objective To observe differences between seborrheic keratosis(SK) and actinic keratosis(AK) in clinical and pathological features. Methods It was analyzed retrospectively that data of 96 outpatient cases, which were diagnosed as seborrheic keratosis and 28 outpatient cases, which were diagnosed as actinic keratosis in the pathological from January 2006 to July 2011 by Excel. Results ①AK,which happens later than the SK,occurs in the aged people while SK occurs in the mid-elderly.②SK lesions exist in the head, face and trunk, limbs, while AK in the head, face, neck and other light-exposed parts.③Most of SK type in the histopathology are keratotic and acanthosis-based,while carcinoma in situ and atrophic in AK.④The coincidence between clinical and pathological diagnosis was 70.83% in SK while 46.43% in AK.It's easier to misdiagnose AK than SK and AK is easily mistaken for SK in clinical. Conclusion Misdiagnosis rate of AK which occurs later than SK is higher than SK,while the antidiastole between AK and SK main dependent histopathological diagnosis.
